WHEN DOES THIS RACE TAKE PLACE? Saturday, August 26, 2006. Race begins at 7:15 a.m. for those walking and 7:30 a.m. for runners. Immediately after the road race the 1 Mile Children's Fun Run begins.

WHERE IS THE RACE LOCATED? Races will start and finish at Ft. Stockton's Rooney Park, Barbeque Pit #2 for those last minute enthusiasts.

WHAT ARE THE AGE CATEGORIES FOR THE RACE? The age groups for the 5k Road Race and the 5k Fitness Walk are as follows: Category 1 - ages 13 - 19 Male or Female; Category 2 - Ages 22 - 29; Category 3 - Ages 30 - 39; Category 4 - Ages 40 - 49; Category 5 - Ages 50+.

All registered runners will recieve: Race T-shirts (t-shirt size satisfaction subject to availability). Shirts are not guaranteed to race-day entrants! Tank Tops for women available for special orders.

You may register on race day from 6:30 to 7:00 a.m., Saturday, August 26, 2006.

PRE-REGISTRATION: Mail completed entries to: HarvestFest Fun Run 2006, PO Box 1000, Fort Stockton, Texas 79735. Each entrant must complete and sign an official entry form. Photocpies are acceptable. A separate enty form is required for each person. Don't forget to sign the waiver!

WHAT ARE THE PRIZES FOR THE WINNERS? There will be an overall First Place Plaque & T-Shirt presented to a male and Female! All other categories will be presented with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Medals for each age groupd! (No duplication of awards). To be eligible for these prizes, walkers must maintain proper wace-walking form, with one foot in contact with the ground at all times! Please kep this race fair and help us enforce these rules!

SAFE RACING CONDITIONS? The course will not be closed to automobile traffic. Runners and walkers are responsible to watch for vehicles at all times. We don't allow participants to compete on bicycles, any kinds of skates, run with joggers or strollers or pets, wear radio or tape players headsets. Please help the officials enforce these rules.
